AppColl will generate a "Review e-Office Action" task for certain actions when it receives an e-Office Action for a matter. If you wish to disable these, follow the below steps:

1. Hover over the Tasks module and select Manage Task Types.
2. Find the Review USPTO… task or tasks you wish to disable and select the appropriate Checkbox. 
3. Click the Disable Generation button.
