You may wish to prevent certain tasks from generating automatically for Matters. This is an alternate solution to marking tasks as Not Needed, Complete, etc. Note: We do not recommend deleting any of the automatically created Task Types in AppColl. Instead, we recommend the following process: 

1. To disable the generation of tasks for a specific Task Type, hover over the Tasks module and select Manage Task Types.
2. Select the Task Type(s) you wish to disable.
3. Click the Disable Generation button. Note that this will only prevent future tasks of that type from generating. Existing tasks of that type will still need to be processed as desired.
