Envelope Status Updates
When envelopes are sent via DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign, AppColl is notified of status changes, including the completed documents, automatically. When using AppColl, the document status is updated upon email receipt of the document. For each envelope, AppColl tracks the status of each recipient of the envelope along with the overall status of the envelope. Each status is color coded. Yellow indicates unsent, red indicates pending signatures, green indicates completed.
Viewing Envelope Status
You can view the status of envelopes in either the Signatures module or Signatures tab of the matter details page.
Signatures Module
In the Signatures module, you should include the RecipientStatus and/or the Status columns to view the status of an envelope. Click on the Refresh button on the left to update the status if necessary.

Matter Details Signatures Tab
On the Signatures tab on the Matter Details page you can see status of any envelopes associated with the matter. You cannot change the columns shown in this view. Click on the Refresh button at the upper right of the tab to refresh the status. At the top of the tab, the signing status of all inventors for the matter is shown. Two counts are shown for each inventor - the count of documents signed for this matter and the number signed for all matters. If the box is yellow, the inventor has not been sent any documents to sign. If red, the inventor has documents that need to be signed. If green, the inventor has signed everything they have been sent. Clicking on either box will open the Signatures module showing the envelopes that contributed to the numbers shown. A yellow warning triangle next to the inventor's name indicates that the inventor's contact record doesn't have an email address, which would normally indicate a problem as that inventor cannot receive any documents to sign.
