Manually adding contacts to AppColl is accomplished by following these steps. A video is shown at the bottom.
- From the Contacts Module click the add button in the upper right corner.
- A contact details page for a Patent Attorney is shown at the bottom of the screen.
- Select a role from the drop down menu in the upper left. Depending on the selected role, some of the fields shown below may vary.
- Provide as much detail as necessary to complete his/her information. At a bare minimum, an email address should be provided, especially if they will have a login.
- Click Save and you'll be returned to the previous screen. Clicking Apply Changes saves the record and keeps you on the current screen.
