Previous billing item descriptions can be searched to use previous billing item descriptions in a new billing item.
Saved billing item descriptions ("preferred" descriptions), or all billing item descriptions may searched. To search for any past description ((including preferred and ones that were never saved), check the "Search all descriptions" checkbox. Likewise, to search only preferred descriptions, leave the checkbox unchecked. Start typing in the search box for the description. Select an entry to paste it into the Description box where it can be edited if desired.
Click the Clear All button on the right to delete all preferred billing item descriptions. This button is only available for account administrators.
