By default, AppColl creates three types of email notifications that may be sent to various parties of a disclosure flow. The syntax of the notifications may be changed at will by following the specific article links below.

Disclosure Status Change - emails can be sent to one or more inventors (i.e., all inventors, lead inventor, or first inventor) any time a disclosure changes status (i.e., submitted, reviewed, needs rework, etc.).

Action Item - emails can be sent to one or more person(s) having an action item on a disclosure. By default, action type (i.e., review disclosure, rework disclosure, make decision on disclosure, etc.) has its own notification.

Notify Prosecuting Attorney - emails can be sent to the individual designated as the attorney/agent whom will draft and file a patent application based on or more disclosures.
