You can easily upload single files into AppColl, or multiple files at once.

  1. Go to the Files module.
  2. Browse through the directory structure until you find the directory in which you are going to store the file. You can click on the file names at the top of the table to easily traverse back up the directory structure. Once you have located the appropriate Folder, select it in the row. Note that if you drill all the way into a folder there is no need to select the row.
  3. Click the Upload button. (Optional) You can also drag and drop files from your computer into the desired folder.

  1. Click the Choose File button to browse for and select your file for upload.
  2. To upload multiple files or folders and their contents, you may choose to upload a zip file. If the this is the case, select the If zip file, extract contents and add to Files module in the current folder checkbox. After the zip file has been uploaded, the contents of the files can be unzipped and added to AppColl separately. Any folder structure that exists in the zip file will be replicated in AppColl, including empty folders. You may include up to 50,000 files and folders in your zip file.
  3. You also may wish to upload a Link to a file. Once uploaded, clicking on the newly created document link will redirect the user to the exact URL for the stored document. For more information on this feature, see the Use Document Links (URLs) in Files Module article.
  4. Enter any Notes as desired associated with the file(s) upload.
  5. Click the Upload button.
